Once the moon has been made steady, the sun can be made to rise. Come and join for a morning practice of  traditional moonbased Hatha Yoga. Find your inner balance, steady your mind and focus on your breath.

About cherrYoga

I teach traditional moon based Hatha Yoga. In my earlybird classes with a limited amount of students we will dive deeper into the practice and work individually. Moon practice is a deep, challenging and nourishing Asana practice with longer holds and an emphasis on creating stability and calmness of both body and mind.


The classes take place on tuesdays and thursdays
from 7am-8.15am.


All levels welcome.
